Celebrating 30 Years
Earlier this year Wastequip acquired Amrep, a manufacturer of refuse trucks, roll-off hoists and trailers. This expands our product portfolio to add garbage trucks, completing Wastequip’s original vision of becoming a one-stop shop for waste equipment. We look forward to expanding our geographic footprint and our product portfolio through additional acquisitions. We recently hired waste industry and environmental consulting veteran Kristin Kinder, as our new director of research and waste stream sustainability. In this newly created role, Kristin will serve as Wastequip’s resident expert on waste streams, focused on driving positive environmental change. Through our sustainability research, we want to objectively understand pertinent industry topics and the waste streams affected to create products and solutions that will make the greener choice the easier choice.

Our team has a proven track record of introducing new products and technologies to improve our customers’ productivity, efficiency and safety. From the shop floor to the corporate suite, each employee brings a wealth of experience in the waste, trucking, construction, hardware, plastics and consumer goods industries. Many of our employees have been with our brand companies for 15 or more years, giving them deep industry knowledge and strong industry relationships.
